Evercart Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Partner & Delivery Time
We ship all orders through Shiprocket, which delivers via trusted courier partners across India.
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your city/pin code.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time via Shiprocket.

Delivery Issues
Evercart is not liable for delays caused by the courier, weather, regional restrictions, or other events beyond our control. It's the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address — if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping may involve an additional fee.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors/building security first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at parmarminta@gmail.com and we'll investigate with our deliver partner.
