We ship across India via Shiprocket. We are not liable for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by the courier or events beyond our reasonable control. All delivery dates provided are estimates only.

Evercart uses Shopify Inc. to power our online store. Your purchases are made directly with Evercart. Shopify is not a party to the transaction and is not responsible for any aspect of the sale or the products.

If you submit any content to us, such as reviews or comments ("Feedback"), you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display that Feedback. You represent that it is truthful and lawful.
